Fraction Jordan operates on a privacy-first, cardless model. We collect your mobile phone number for account verification, your generated User ID for store QR scans, and your CliQ alias solely for processing cashback cashouts. We do not store or request credit card numbers, CVVs, or full bank passwords.
Your data is used to calculate and deposit cash rewards, process cashout requests via the Jordanian Central Bank CliQ system or approved agents, prevent fraudulent transactions, and display participating merchant listings in your area.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Merchants only verify your User ID at checkout and never gain access to your banking records or personal phone number without consent.

Cashback percentages are determined by individual merchant agreements in Jordan and calculated on the eligible subtotal of qualifying purchases. Cashback is credited in Jordanian Dinars (JOD) to your Fraction digital wallet immediately following scan verification.
Users may transfer their available cashback balance to any registered Jordanian bank account via CliQ or through designated cash agents in Jordan, subject to standard system availability and minimal verification thresholds.
Any attempt to forge QR scans, abuse referral promotions, or submit fictitious receipts will result in immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of pending cashback balances.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
